Coronavirus (COVID-19) is certainly concerning as it has been in the news a lot lately. When it comes to COVID-19, there is much we don't know about it and its impact. Please be assured the health and safety of you, our members, along with our employees and community members is a top priority to us.
Given this uncertainty, and the fact that the seasonal influenza (flu) is also widespread, we are taking proactive steps to address a number of concerns. We are closely monitoring the situation and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance to prepare for any ongoing developments. This includes implementing measures to adhere to the CDC's guidelines of "social distancing."
Currently, all our branches are open and available to help members as needed, both in the lobbies and the drive-thru's. All drive ups will remain open with extended hours: opening from 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday, and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. Phone communication is also encouraged. Prearranged appointments will be considered for loan closings and certain other services on a case by case basis.
