Important Notice About VCCU Online

 

From March 13th at 2:00 p.m. till March 14th at 10:00 a.m., online and mobile banking will be unavailable while we proceed with updates to those systems. FaceID and Fingerprint access to the App will be turned off from 3/14 -3/28.

Once online and mobile banking are back online, all members will be required to log in for the first time using the following:

  • Your current Login ID (Username).
  • The last 4 digits of the Social Security Number of the primary person on the account.

Once logged in with this information, you will be asked to set a new security code (Password). Use the last 4 digits of the Social Security number you used to log in as your “old password” when setting your new password.

Please Note:

  • All set scheduled transfers will not transfer over with this update and will need to be reset by the member.
  • All Bill Pay transactions will transfer over, and no action will be needed from the member.

Cash Advances Ending:

Effective September 1st, Valley Communities Credit Union will no longer be offering cash advances. Please stop in or call any of our branches and we will be more than happy to assist you in finding other products that will meet your financial needs.

Email, Texting, and Phone Scams:

Due to the increase in phone, email, and text scams, Valley Communities Credit Union will never call, text, or email you unprompted by yourself and request that you provide any personal or banking information. If you ever receive an email or text message that feels questionable to you, do not click links or download any attachments; instead, delete it and report the phishing email to your email provider or phone provider. If you receive a suspicious phone call or pressuring you for information, hang up and call the credit union with the phone number found on your statement or our website. When visiting Valley Communities Credit Union's or any other financial institution’s website, enter the URL directly rather than clicking a link in an unprompted message.

Important Information For Tax Refunds

To avoid delays on direct deposits of your tax refunds, make sure to use the correctly formatted account number. Wrong account numbers may cause returns to be sent back to the IRS.

VCCU’s routing number is 275980735. Your account number is the 10-digit number at the bottom of your check that begins with “0.” The full 10-digits must be used.
